Muluba (she/her) is an activist dedicated to advancing wellness, equity, and inclusion for all people living with and at risk HIV. She is a communications specialist with expertise in public speaking, writing, sexual health education, community organizing and content creation. With a professional foundation in journalism and community-based research, she brings a unique lens to the intersection of public health, communications, and lived experience.

Her work mostly focuses on HIV stigma reduction, the unique health needs of perinatally infected young adults, women’s health and equitable access to care, and systemic change within health systems. She is deeply committed to bridging the gap between research and community through inclusive, accessible, and action-oriented knowledge mobilization.

Muluba is currently the Director of Communications and Programs at the Ontario AIDS Network and is the National Spokesperson for the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research (CANFAR).
